Identify the product
The affected model is PAPA03001AI, printed on a sewn label beneath the mattress pad. The gray sleeper has a stars-and-moon interior pattern and Papablic branding stitched on the front. It converts between a bassinet and a play yard. About 248 units are affected.
Request the remedy
Contact Papablic for a full refund. The official process requires disassembly, cutting the mattress and fabric components in half and emailing photographs of the destroyed components to support@papablic.com. Read the current instructions on the linked recall page before taking those steps.
The units were sold on Amazon and papablic.com from April 2025 through July 2026. No incidents or injuries were reported in the notice. Check the exact model label rather than assuming that every Papablic sleep product is included.
